Instructions

  • Begin by heating a large saucepan on medium heat. Once the pan is heated, add in the bouillon chicken and vegetables and mix together.
  • When the mixture begins to bubble, reduce the flame to low and allow it to simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Next, season with freshly minced garlic, ground cumin, jerk seasoning, freshly squeezed orange juice, chopped cilantro, and freshly cracked black pepper.
  • Allow the mixture to cook until thickened and reduced in volume, stirring occasionally.
  • To finish, stir in 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime juice before serving.
