Ingredients

  • 6 tsp Phillips Seafood Seasoning
  • 2 lb Phillips Crab Meat
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 2 qt Half and Half
  • 6 tsp fresh parsley
  • 1 minced onion

Instructions

  • In a large pot, melt butter. Add the onion and sauté until golden brown.
  • Add Phillips Crab Meat to the pot and let it cook for about 3 minutes. Season with Phillips Seafood Seasoning.
  • Mix in flour and parsley and stir until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Slowly add the Half and Half and stir continuously until the soup is thick and creamy. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • Serve hot with a sprinkle of parsley on top!

Notes

  • Make sure to use Phillips Crab Meat for the best flavor and texture.
  • If you like a thinner soup, you can add more Half and Half.
  • For added flavor, garnish with chopped parsley or chives.
  • You can also add diced tomatoes or celery if desired.
