Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of succulent beef sirloin meticulously sliced into tender strips, sourced from grass-fed cattle for its exceptional flavor and tenderness.

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Then add the butter and beef sirloin strips, seasoning with salt, pepper and seasoned salt to taste. Saute for 3 - 4 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • After that, sprinkle the flour into the pan and cook for an additional minute. Next, include the onion, garlic and mushrooms, sautéing for 3 minutes.
  • Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce then bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce to low and simmer until the sauce is thickened.
  • Finally, stir in the sour cream and mix until fully combined. Serve the stroganoff over cooked egg noodles for a delicious meal!

Notes

- If you don't have access to Publix, feel free to substitute any other brand of beef broth.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan cheese as a garnish for extra flavor.
- Add some diced bell peppers or carrots if desired.
- To make this dish gluten-free, simply use gluten-free flour in place of regular flour.
