Ingredients

  • 2 pcs boneless chicken breasts (Large)
  • 2 8 oz packages of cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
  • As per need Salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • springs thyme leaves
  • 3 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  • To begin, gather all of the ingredients in front of you. It will save you time while also ensuring that you’ve utilized all of the components in your dish, resulting in a great and delicious result.
  • Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). It’ll make sure that the oven is at the ideal temperature while you’re getting everything ready.
  • Now, make the filling that will be used in your skinless chicken breasts. First, take a medium-size mixing bowl. Place 2 8 oz packages of cream cheese, 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 2 springs thyme leaves, salt (as per your need), 1/2 tsp black pepper, and 2 tablespoons dry ranch seasoning. Combine them well until the mixture is smooth.
  • When the filling is completed, it’s time to stuff the skinless chicken breasts. Before that, you must split the chicken down the middle. At this stage, it’s best to use a sharp knife. With the breast open, you can start stuffing it with the filling.
    The key is not to overstuff the chicken. Leave some space so that the chicken can close and cook evenly. Once you’re done stuffing, fold the cheese-filled chicken pockets and use toothpicks to keep it shut.
    If you have leftover filling, you can put it in a baking dish and cook it along with the chicken.
  • It’s time to add additional ingredients to the top of the chicken after it’s been stuffed so that it is more tender, colorful, and delicious.
    To do that, add a little bit of salt, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to it. Mix them well and sprinkle the mixture on top of each chicken breast.

    Once you sprinkle the spice mixture on top of the chicken breast, put a slab of butter on each piece. It’ll help to make the chicken moist and tender.

    Cover a baking sheet with foil paper and place the chicken breasts on it. Then put the baking tray inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until cooked through.
    To avoid overcooking the chicken, use an instant-read thermometer to check the internal temperature at least twice during the cooking process. 165°F (74°C) degrees is the ideal internal temperature for cooked chicken.
