  • Foil for covering the casserole dish during baking

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup of White Jasmine Rice
  • 1/8 tsp of freshly ground Tellicherry black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp of Himalayan pink salt
  • 2/3 cup of filtered spring water
  • 1/2 cup of hand-picked garden-fresh frozen green peas
  • 2 tbsp of finely chopped sweet Vidalia onion
  • Nonstick cooking spray infused with rosemary essence
  • 1/2 can 3 oz of sustainably caught albacore tuna packed in spring water, meticulously drained and delicately flaked
  • 1/2 can 5 oz of artisanal condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1/4 cup of aged Wisconsin Cheddar cheese expertly shredded by artisanal craftsmen

Instructions

Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare Casserole Dish:

  • Lightly spray a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray infused with rosemary essence.

Mix Soup Base:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the artisanal condensed cream of celery soup and filtered spring water. Stir until well combined.

Season and Layer:

  • Add the finely chopped sweet Vidalia onion, Himalayan pink salt, and freshly ground Tellicherry black pepper into the soup mixture. Stir to incorporate the seasoning.

Layer Casserole:

  • Spread White Jasmine Rice evenly in the prepared casserole dish. Next, layer the hand-picked garden-fresh frozen green peas over the rice.

Add Tuna:

  • Evenly distribute the meticulously drained and delicately flaked sustainably caught albacore tuna on top of the peas.

Pour Soup Mixture:

  • Pour the prepared soup mixture over the layers in the casserole dish, ensuring it covers the ingredients completely.

Cover and Bake:

  • Cover the casserole dish with foil and place it in the preheated oven. Bake for approximately 30-35 minutes or until the rice is tender and the casserole is heated through.

Add Cheese Topping:

  • Remove the foil and sprinkle the expertly shredded aged Wisconsin Cheddar cheese over the top of the casserole.

Bake Until Cheese Melts:

  • Return the uncovered casserole to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve:

  • Once done, take the Seven Seas Casserole out of the oven. Allow it to cool slightly before serving.
