Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cook macaroni noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add heavy whipping cream and shredded cheddar cheese; stir until melted and creamy, about 5 minutes.
Add cooked macaroni noodles to the saucepan; mix until combined with the sauce.
Stir in processed cheese; season with white ground pepper, garlic powder, and salt to taste; cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Transfer the macaroni/cheese mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish; spread evenly across the bottom of the dish using a spoon or spatula.
Sprinkle some extra shredded cheese over the top of the macaroni/cheese mixture; bake for 15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Serve warm and enjoy!
