  • 16 ounces of crumbled blue cheese providing a bold and tangy flavor to the dressing, adding a creamy and rich texture, and imparting a distinctive and pungent taste
  • Pinch of kosher salt enhancing the overall seasoning and flavor of the dressing, adding a touch of savory taste
  • 2 tablespoons sugar balancing the tanginess of the blue cheese and the acidity of the vinegar, adding a touch of sweetness to the dressing

Instructions

  • Mix the blue cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk in a medium bowl. Stir until all ingredients are combined well.
  • Add onion powder, garlic powder, sugar, and white wine vinegar to the mixture and stir until everything is evenly mixed.
  • Taste the dressing and adjust the flavors according to your preference by adding more seasonings if necessary.

Notes

• To make sure that you get a good flavor in every bite of your Blue Cheese Dressing, be sure to mix the ingredients thoroughly.
• If you want your dressing to be extra creamy, add more buttermilk until it reaches your desired consistency.
• To make a lighter version of this dressing, replace some of the mayonnaise and sour cream with Greek yogurt.
• You can also add finely diced vegetables or herbs to give the dressing added flavor and texture.
