Flatten the chicken breasts with a mallet or rolling pin until they are about ¼ inch thick.
In a small bowl, mix together the dill, basil oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
Brush the olive oil over both sides of each chicken breast.
Sprinkle the herb mixture over both sides of each chicken breast, covering liberally.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil, place the chicken breasts, and cook for about 4 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Drizzle lemon juice over each chicken breast before serving.
