Prepare the sauce by combining all of the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and stirring until everything is evenly mixed.
Lay out four large sheets of aluminum foil, each about double as wide as your ribs. Place one half of the ribs on each sheet of foil, then pour about 1/4 cup of the prepared sauce over each half of the ribs.
Fold up the aluminum foil tightly around the ribs. Place all four packets onto a baking sheet and bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours.
Remove from the oven once done, and carefully open one packet to check doneness. The ribs should be very tender and the meat should easily pull away from the bones.
If desired, brush additional sauce over the ribs before serving.
