Begin by preparing the meatball mixture. To do this, combine ground chicken, sweet chili sauce, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, ground ginger, chili powder, parmesan cheese, and garlic powder in a large mixing bowl. Gently mix all the ingredients together until they are well incorporated.
Next, roll the mixture into small balls using approximately 2 tablespoons of the mixture for each meatball. Place them on a plate or baking sheet.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and lightly coat it with oil. Once heated, add the meatballs to the skillet, making sure they have enough space between them. Cook for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally until they are evenly browned and cooked through.
Once the meatballs are fully cooked, remove them from the skillet and transfer them to a serving dish.
