  • 3 veal rib chops 12 ounces each, 1 inch thick tender and succulent cuts of veal that boast a delicate and juicy texture, perfect for a gourmet meal.

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and prepare your skillet. Season the veal chops with salt, pepper, rosemary, and lime juice.
  • Heat butter and oil in the skillet over medium-high heat. Add veal chops and fry each side for 4 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer everything to a baking dish, pour in the water, and cover with foil.
  • Bake for 35 minutes or until cooked through, flipping the chops once during cooking. Once fully cooked let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
