Equipment

  • A bowl and ice cream maker

Ingredients

  • 20 gram protein powder
  • 1.5 gram Xanthan gum
  • 6 gram Coconut flour
  • 4 gram Jell-O powder sugar-free and fat free
  • Water
  • 150 gram cashew milk Unsweetened
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 5 gram cocoa powder Unsweetened

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine protein powder, xanthan gum, coconut flour, and sugar-free Jell-O powder. Stir until evenly blended.
  • Slowly add the unsweetened cashew milk while stirring continuously to make a thick and creamy texture.
  • Transfer the mixture into an ice cream maker or refrigerator-safe container and add in the cubed or crushed ice. Let it sit for 30 minutes and stir again.
  • Stir in unsweetened cocoa powder until fully incorporated.
  • Place the ice cream maker in the freezer overnight or for at least 8 hours, then scoop out your Will Tennyson Protein Ice Cream.

Notes
