Instructions
Start by shredding the cabbage and carrot. You can do this easily using a food processor or hand grater.
In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, hot sauce, celery seeds, salt and sugar. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
Add the shredded cabbage and carrot to the mayonnaise mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving. This will allow the flavors to combine and meld together.

• For a healthier version, you can use light mayonnaise or Greek yogurt instead of regular mayonnaise.• You can also add your favorite vegetables such as bell peppers, onions, celery or radishes to the coleslaw mix if desired.• Toasting the celery seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat brings out their flavor even more.
