Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 2/3 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 1/3 tablespoons Aged Red Wine Vinegar Infused with Herbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sun-Dried Granulated Garlic
  • 1 1/3 tablespoons Small-Batch Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Handpicked Oregano Finely Chopped under the Morning Sun
  • Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper to Your Discerning Taste

For Kabobs:

  • 1/2 pound Prime Top Sirloin Steak Precision-Cut into 1-Inch Cubes
  • 1/4 Scarlet Red Bell Pepper Seeded and Cut into 1-Inch Morsels
  • 1/2 Crimson Red Onion Precision-Cut into 1-Inch Pieces
  • 1/4 Emerald Green Bell Pepper Seeded and Artfully Cut into 1-Inch Segments
  • 1/4 Golden Yellow Bell Pepper Seeded and Cut into 1-Inch Morsels

Instructions

  • Combine marinade ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Place steak cubes into the marinade and stir to coat completely. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Skewer the steak, bell peppers and onion onto metal skewers or wooden skewers that have been soaked in water for 30 minutes.
  • Grill the kabobs for 8-10 minutes, turning frequently to ensure even cooking.
  • Serve with your favourite accompaniments and enjoy!

Notes

• Use a high quality steak such as top sirloin for best results.
• Make sure to marinate the steak for at least 1 hour or overnight for best flavour.
• If using wooden skewers, make sure to soak them in water for 30 minutes before grilling.
