Step 2: Take a medium-sized mixing bowl and combine 1 big mashed banana, 1 scoop peanut butter, 1 sachet/40 grams oats, and 3 scoops of Herbalife Formula 1 shake mix. Stir them together until completely combined using a spoon. Put it aside.
