How do you make cajun ninja seafood gumbo?
Cajun Ninja Gumbo – a delicious combination of traditional gumbo with a fun spicy kick that will please any palate! This recipe uses fresh vegetables in a flavorful broth and some of your favorite spices to give it that extra zing.
In this recipe, I made the roux from scratch. You can use a pre-made roux if you prefer. To make the roux, I heat oil in a pan and add equal parts of flour.
Cook it on a medium-high flame while stirring continuously until it forms a smooth paste. I was careful as the roux would burn very easily.
What’s great about this recipe is that it won’t take up your entire evening. You’ll only need a pot, some Cajun seasoning, and either chicken or sausage for this gumbo that will make everyone happy.
