· 1 ounce fresh coarsely chopped serrano peppers

· 1 teaspoon garlic

· 1 cup peeled and chopped onion

· 1/3 Cup fresh lime Juice

Wash cilantro and serrano peppers, trim stems and discard.

Step 2

Chop cilantro, serrano pepper, garlic and onion into small dice.

Step 3

Place the cilantro, serrano peppers, garlic, onion and lime juice in a food processor or blender. 

Step 4

Pulse until all ingredients are finely chopped and combined.

Step 5

Add the tomatoes to the mixture and pulse again until everything is well blended.

Add salt to taste and pulse one last time to combine ingredients thoroughly.
