- 1 Tsp turmeric
- 2 Tsp paprika
- 1/4 Cup of peas(Frozen)
- Salt to taste
- 1 Cup of rice
- 1 Tsp onion powder
- 2 Tsp sazon
- 2 Cups of chicken broth
- 1/4 Cup of chopped carrots(Frozen)

Step 1: Take a saucepan. Add oil to it and heat the oil over medium heat.
Step 2: Now add the rice to the oil. Saute the rice until they are semi-translucent.
Step 3: Add the chicken broth. Keep stirring with the ladle until everything is combined.
Step 4: Next, add the garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, sazon and paprika to the mix. Continue stirring.
Step 5: Cook for 20 minutes with the lid on.
Step 6: Then add the peas and carrots to the mix and stir until everything is combined. Continue cooking for 5 more minutes. The rice will look fluffy.
Step 7: Take the heat off and serve it immediately to get a fresh flavor.
