What is Zaxby’s Coleslaw?

Zaxby’s is an American chain of fast casual restaurants offering chicken wings, sandwiches, and salads.

One of their signature side dishes is coleslaw. It is a creamy coleslaw made with green cabbage, carrot, celery seed, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, brown sugar, and hot sauce. This slaw is delicious when served cold or at room temperature.

What does it taste like?

Zaxby’s coleslaw is crunchy and fresh with bright notes of celery seed, zesty dijon mustard and a hint of sweetness from the brown sugar. The mayonnaise gives it a creamy texture while the hot sauce adds just enough spice to keep you coming back for more. It’s a perfect side dish for any summer BBQ or family gathering.
