Cry Baby Noodles Recipe

What Is cry baby noodles?

Cry Baby Noodles is a delicious and flavorful Thai-inspired noodle dish that combines various ingredients to create a tantalizing taste. It is a popular dish known for its spiciness, savory flavors, and unique texture, making it a favorite among noodle enthusiasts.

Where Did I First Try cry baby noodles?

The first time I tried Cry Baby Noodles was at the Cry Baby Pasta restaurant. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the aroma of the noodles being prepared in the kitchen filled the air with a mouthwatering fragrance.

As soon as I took my first bite, I was hooked. The combination of the chewy Thai Thick Rice Noodles, the umami-packed Weilong Dried Fish Tofu, and the bursts of flavors from the Gurmet jelly Beans Dried Shrimp created a symphony of tastes that delighted my taste buds.

The hints of sweetness from the Palm Sugar and the depth provided by the Fish Sauce and Soy Sauce elevated the dish to a whole new level. The Cry Baby Noodles were served with a generous amount of Chinese Sausage and a perfectly cooked Large Egg, adding richness and a delightful contrast to the spiciness of the sauce.

The Canola Oil used in the preparation not only ensured the noodles were not overly greasy but also added a subtle nutty taste that complemented the overall dish. Garnished with freshly chopped Spring Onion, the dish was visually appealing and added a refreshing note to each mouthful.

One of the highlights of this dish was the Cry Baby Sauce. A perfect blend of flavors, this sauce consisted of XO Sauce, Miko Soybean Paste, Oyster Sauce, Ginger, and Garlic, all mixed with Warm Water to achieve the right consistency.

The Cry Baby Sauce provided a powerful kick of heat, balancing the sweetness and enhancing the umami notes of the noodles.

Once I got back home, I recreated the recipe with my friends and it turned out very tasty. My friends love this dish whenever I make it. Now I am sharing the recipe with you.
