In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the onion until it is soft and translucent. Then add the carrots, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and liquid smoke flavoring. Sauté for another few minutes until the vegetables are softened.

Pour the vegetable mixture over the chicken breasts in the baking dish, then pour the Italian dressing on top of everything. Place the bay leaves on top of each breast.

At this point, you have to bake uncovered in preheated oven for 35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
