Ingredients

  • 2 scoops of Herbalife Nutrition Formula 1 Dutch Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 egg (Large Size)
  • 4 tablespoons non-fat milk 
  • Cooking spray
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Honey
  • Chocolate sauce

Directions

Step 1: In a medium-size coffee mug, apply some cooking spray to help the delicious cake release later.

Step 2: Crack one large egg into the mug.

Step 3: Add four tablespoons of milk in with the egg.

Step 4: Add two scoops of Herbalife Formula 1 Healthy Meal Nutritional Shake Mix.

Step 5: Mix all ingredients well with a small whisk or a fork.

Step 6: Sprinkle some cinnamon powder on top (this is optional).

Step 7: Microwave for 1½ – 3 minutes, depending on your microwave power. Keep an eye on it while it cooks, as you don’t want to overcook the cake.

Step 8: Allow the mug cake to cool slightly before eating. You can add some honey on top or a small drizzle of chocolate sauce (these are optional).
